Botox/Jeaveau / Dysport

Botox cosmetic is a neuromodulator that blocks the nerve signals that make muscles contract. Relaxed muscles allow the skin above to smooth out. Botox remains one of the most popular cosmetic procedures on the market, and its popularity continues to rise. Multiple formulations of Botulinum toxin exist, including Botox, Xeomin and Jeuveau. Effects of Botox and Xeomin typically last 3 to 4 months. Injections are easily tolerated.

What to Expect: 

Fairly quick treatments with minimal pain, done by a registered nurse. You may get some redness, bruising or swelling or even a headache. Immediately after your treatment, you may notice small red bumps. These will resolve in 20-30 minutes. Bruising is always a possibility. We use treatments to minimize these effects such as Arnica. Most clients are able to return to work right after the appointment without any noticeable redness or swelling.
