           Frequently Asked Questions, Cancelation / Rescheduling and Refund Policy

Q) How does the Hormone Replacement Therapy process work?

       We use Bioidentical Hormone Pellets; the pellets are long lasting and deliver consistent therapy (no ups and down’s that people can see with hormone injections). We require a blood draw and then a scheduled visit with the Nurse Practitioner who can review your labs and go over a specific treatment plan designed for you. Pellet insertion is performed in our office the same day as your treatment plan is presented. At 5 weeks we require a second blood draw to confirm lab values and evaluate your success!


Q) How does the Weight Loss program work?

     Our weight loss program includes an Initial visit with our Nurse Practitioner, who will assess and if indicated prescribe weight loss medications. Our weight loss program includes follow ups throughout your journey, meds are purchased separately, monthly to the prescribed dose.


Q) Can I pick my Weight Loss meds up anytime?

​     Meds are typically available anytime however, to ensure we have a Nurse available to draw them up, an appointment would be best. 


Q) How should I prepare for my Laser Hair Reduction appointment?

     No plucking, tweezing or sun exposure prior to your appointment. Shaving the area prior to your appointment is required. 


Q) How do I use the My Touch MD app to get my consents?

  1. Step 1 - After receiving your My touch MD email, download the "My Touch MD" App (link included in the email)

  2. Step 2 - Create a login and Password

  3. Step 3 - Review and sign your consents prior to your appointment 


Q) How does R - Pay work?

     R - Pay is a great way to finance select services

  • Any Laser services 

  • Microneedling packages of 3 or more treatments with or without Platelet Rich Plasma 

  • Diamond Glow package of 6 or more treatments


Q) Do you offer Care Credit?

  1.  Yes we do!

                                            Missed appointments / Rescheduling policy 

We want to provide the best service possible to all of our clients and we realize there are opportunities for appointments to be missed accidently. To continue to provide the best client experience we have placed our Missed appointments / Rescheduling policy.


A 48 hours reschedule notice is required if you are unable to keep your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your non-refundable deposit. We encourage you to contact us directly by phone or by Private Message when needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment


We allow for 1 unscheduled “missed” appointment. After a scheduled appointment is “missed” there will be a non-refundable $35 deposit required for the next scheduled appointment. At the next appointment the $35 will be applied to the service provided during that office visit.


If a second appointment is “missed” the deposit becomes non-refundable and will not be eligible to be applied to any service or product. 


If a third scheduled appointment is “Missed” we will discontinue any future scheduling or service. 


We look forward to treating you. Please understand this policy is in effect so that all clients have the chance to get in at their desired times and each employee is able to maximize their work day.

Late Arrivals

We suggest arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to complete paperwork or answer questions about your service you may have. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to inform us if that ever occurs, so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time.

Refund Policy

At Rejuvenation Med Spa we work with each client to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits and risks associated with each treatment. We offer individual treatment as well as significantly discounted treatment package options so each client may choose the approach that is best suited for their needs and budget.


Once services are purchased they will not be refunded, however. To ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience at Rejuvenation Med Spa, unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service at Rejuvenation Med Spa.


For skin care products, all sales are final; however, should you have a skin reaction to one of the products, it can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.


All injectable treatment sales (such as, but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, facials, lash services, or chemical peels) are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.


We will be honest in all our dealings with you. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person.  It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed -- not for a specific result.  However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.
